《本会宗旨》
1.促进与加强新加坡外丹功的拓展与培训。
2.提倡资助或从事有关外丹功运动的文化，以提高公众人士对外丹功的 认识。
3.促进新加坡外丹功团体及外丹功爱好者,与世界所有外丹功运动组织的联系和交流。
4.促进新加坡外丹功团体及外丹功爱好者，彼此间建立更密切的联系，协调、互助、关怀、合作及了解。
5.在公共与民间方面促进本会与其他组织的关系、了解及合作。
6.主办、参与或协助社区与福利服务。
7.从事一切符合或有利於促进上述宗旨，或其中一项宗旨的活动。
Its objects are。。。
1.To enhance the development and training of Waidangong in Singapore.
2.To encourage, finance or undertake research related to Waidangong, so as to increase public awareness and understanding of Waidangong.
3.To promote interchange among Waidangong organizations/followers in Singapore and other Waidangong organizations in the world.
4.To promote better relationship, understanding, coordination and cooperation among the various Waidangong organizations and followers in Singapore.
5.To promote better relationship, understanding and cooperation between the Society and other organizations.
6.To organize, participate, or help in the community and welfare service.
7.To do all such other things as are incidental or conducive to the above objects or any of them.
